Ok i don't want to get a perm or relaxer but i want my hair temporarily straight like it is naturally straight. i was thinking about straight ironing it but i don't know how i can keep it fron damaging my hair. i need sum products that can help me make my hair nice and protected. i need products that will 100% make my hair not be damaged. i also would appriciate some good striaght irons and maybe even some step by step instuctions to make my hair nice...... thanks and please help me

you could use biosilk that makes it really nice and smooth and it smells wonderful and there is also other ways to straighten your hair like a blow dryer with a comb on the end

it works well and it does not damage hair as much as a hair straightner would

I your hair can be straightened but not silky. I've never seen shiny nappy hair. You can try de-frizzing it by using defrizzing serum.

1. Get out of the shower and apply CHI Silk Infusion to your hair. Concentrate on your ends.

2. Blowdry hair or air dry.

3. Turn on your new CHI straightener while you leave the bottom layer out and put the rest of your hair up in a pony tail and clip it so it doesn't get in the way.

4. Straighten that first bottom layer, then keep adding more hair and keep straightening.

Now your hair will be amazingly straight, not damaged. CHI is the best straightener out there, but is expensive..around $100 and the CHI silk infusion is about $11 and lasts forever.

I recommend CHI straightners - they heat up quickly and are infused with ions to help protect your hair. There really isn't a "magic" product out there to straighten hair as everyone's hair is different. Consult with your stylist and see what he/she recommends. Good luck!

I have the same type of hair! There are two ways that i make my hair straight. I do use ted Gibson in my hair and bascially blow dry it. I know you dont want to make it more damaged and this spray will help prevent it. If you want it more straight then I would straighten it with a Tourmaline hair straightener. it wont really damage your hair and its really quick. So less heat that will touch your hair. No matter what get tools thats made with Tourmaline. Its so much better for your hair!

You need to use a flat iron that is ceramic. Ceramic ones won't damage your hair. Before I did the Japanese straightening I always used the Maxiglide. It is wonderful!!! You don't have to blow your hair first to use it. Simply, dry your hair to get the majority of water out, then use the maxiglide to straighten it. Saves a lot of time and really works.

first start off with a good shampoo and conditioner i like kerastase. then when you get out of the shower use a detangling spray and brush your hair out while its wet. then apply mouse and a heat protectent spray you can buy a good one at any salon near you. then blow dry with a hair dryer and use a hair brush at the same time so as it drys it straightens some then when its dry separate into 3 layers then just straighten one layer at a time until hair is completely straight then use a good hair spray. it should work.
