I'm a guy with semi nappy hair and I want to get it relaxed, I'm half african american and half filipino...it's about 2 inches long too. I don't know much about this subject but after surfing the net I found that african americans usually relax their hair rather than getting it permed. Well my hair is about 2 inches long and I was wondering which one I should opt for? Well I guess it's hard to judge if you haven't seen my hair but can anyone elaborate on the differences? I plan on styling it into a kinda faux hawkish look and I don't care if it's wavy or not.
Straight perm vs relaxing?
